President & Spokesperson - Kelly Lamb |  | With a long track record in business management, Kelly Lamb draws on her experience helping organisations develop their teams to improve productivity and performance to benefit the Network.
As a Business Consultant with HR Culture, Kelly helps businesses grow and prosper through their people by assessing productivity and building practical action plans. Kelly is also Respite Coordinator for Co-Operative Respite Limited.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the banking sector, Kelly has held roles such as Bank Manager for Westpac in Port Macquarie and Regional Manager for the NSW North Coast and Southern Western Australia.
Among the many awards Kelly has won are the Circle of Excellence Award (Westpac) in 2000 and the Top Team Award (Westpac) in 2004. She was nominated for the HBWN Business Woman of the Year in 2001 and 2002.
Kelly is President of the Hastings Business Women’s Network and former member of the Salvation Army Red Shield Appeal Committee, the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service Committee and the International Women’s Day Fundraising Event Committee.
Kelly became a member of the HBWN in 2001. After four years out of the area from 2002, Kelly rejoined the group in 2006, becoming Vice President in October 2010, then President in October 2011.

This followed a 15 year career in the real estate industry in roles such as sales and marketing, customer relations, property management, office management and reception.
Hot Graphics was the Winner of the Customer Care Trade Services & Suppliers Award in 2011 and has been named a finalist each year it has entered into the Greater Port Macquarie Business Awards.
Kylie has been involved in various mentoring programs and undertaken numerous formal courses.
She sits on the Advisory Panel for the Edmund Barton Centre and was recruited as a Mentor for the Women in Business Mentoring Program. Kylie became a member of the HBWN in 2009.view full profile | Secretary - Stacey Newling |  | Stacey Newling has 9 years’ experience in the recruitment industry in both the corporate sector in Sydney and in the Hastings regional market.
She has held roles such as Team Administrator, Resourcer and Account Manager for a number of recruitment agencies, and is currently Business Development Manager at local firm Eather Recruitment.
Stacey brings advanced administration, management and reporting skills to the HBWN, and is committed to maintaining and improving processes and procedures. She is also experienced in social media, marketing, direct networking and new business development.
Stacey holds a Certificate IV in Business and is currently studying a Diploma of Management.
She has been an active member of the HBWN for two years and has assisted with a number of major network events including the Hastings Heroines - International Women’s Day 2012 fundraiser and the HBWN Awards Gala 2012.

Sandra is the founder and Principal of SeaChange Accounting Solutions, a local Port Macquarie practice providing accounting and taxation services to clients using the latest technologies to simplify their accounting systems.
She is also the Co-owner of Port Badges & Engraving, Winner of the Building and Trade Services Category in the Port Macquarie Greater Business Awards 2011.
Sandra is a Registered Tax Agent and Chartered Accountant whose qualifications include a Bachelor of Business (Accounting & Finance), a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting and Cert IV in Training & Assessment.
Sandra was a member of the HBWN in 2004/2005 and rejoined the group at the beginning of 2012. Until recently she held the position of Treasurer for St Columba School Canteen for three years.
view full profile | Events Coordinator - Carissa Dwyer |  | Carissa Dwyer has more than 15 years’ experience in event coordination and project management across a range of industries including fashion, retail, hospitality, engineering, IT, tourism, and banking and finance.
As the Owner and Event Manager of the Social Butterfly Events Management Co, Carissa organises weddings, corporate functions, fundraisers and special occasion parties. Through her other business, Port Macquarie Weddings.com, she actively showcases and promotes the Hastings region’s wedding and events vendors.
Carissa has ten years’ experience as an Executive Assistant organising meetings, AGMs, conferences, trade shows and product launches for up to 250 people, and a further four years’ experience organising celebratory functions for up to 110 guests.
Carissa also volunteers her time to organise a wide variety of expos, fairs and fundraising functions in the local community. Carissa joined the HBWN in early 2012 and is also a member of the Wauchope Show Society.

Michelle’s business, Newman Communications, specialises in media, government, community and stakeholder relations as well as professional writing, marketing, events and issues management.
Michelle holds a BA (Communications and Public Relations) from Charles Sturt University, and was the recipient of a University Scholarship, the Public Relations Institute of Australia Prize and the Sociology Prize. She undertakes regular professional development courses through the PRIA, University of Sydney and Community Colleges.
An HBWN member and volunteer since 2011, Michelle was officially appointed to the committee in the newly created role of Communications Coordinator in early 2012.
She is also a member of the Hastings Business Enterprise Network, an Ambassador for the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service and a committee member for the Hastings Heroines International Women’s Day Event. view full profile | Membership Coordinator - Sue Jogever |  | Sue Jogever is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Port Macquarie. Sue’s passion for property and desire to make a difference led her to join the real estate industry following more than 24 years in tourism and hospitality.
Her previous roles included Director of Australia/New Zealand for New Caledonia Tourism and Director of Sales and Marketing with Le Meridien Port Vila Vanuatu.
Sue was a Finalist in the 2012 Port New Employee of the Year Awards and is a Gold Sponsor for the Hastings Education Fund.
She volunteers at the St Agnes Church Soup Kitchen and is a Member of Rotary Sunrise, a “New Generations Youth Committee” member and a Foundation Committee Member for the “Luminosity” Youth Forum.
Sue has been a member of the HBWN since April 2012 and is also a member of the Port Macquarie Chamber of Commerce and Hastings Business Enterprise Network.view full profile | Professional Development Coordinator - Susan Judd |  | Susan Judd is the Principal Consultant and Owner of local human resources business, HR Culture, a member of the national HR Coach network. She also works with Leadership Management Australasia as a Facilitator, Coach and Account Manager in the Port Macquarie region.
With a Bachelor of Business (HR Management), Susan also holds numerous qualifications in Business, Training and Assessment, Profiling, Workplace Coaching and Sales.
Susan’s business has been nominated in the Port Macquarie Business Awards for the past four years, the Kempsey Macleay Business Awards in 2010 and the HBWN Business Owner of the Year Award 2012.
Susan has been a member of the HBWN since 2008.
Since 2009 Susan has been Convenor of the Mid North Coast Forum for the Australian Human Resource Institute and a mentor for the Edmund Barton Centre/Business Startup Program. She is also a member of the Out of School Hours child care sub-committee.
