Nicole Graham is the founder & Director of Emergency ID Australia: Australia's leader in Medical Jewellery and Emergency ID, with the largest range and award winning service.

Nicole commenced Emergency ID Australia after seeing firsthand the real need for vital information to be immediately accessible to emergency and medical personnel. Having spent 13 years in the Police Force she attended MANY accidents and emergency situations.

She then personally experienced a serious heart condition, causing her to need medical jewellery so that medical staff or emergency personnel could be alerted to her condition.

She had open heart surgery at the age of 34 to correct her condition and is now very well. This and many other experiences led her to see a real need for quality, stylish medical and ID products at affordable prices. She also knew that one of the most important information sought is WHO needs to be contacted and that many people have very complex medical histories. Knowledge of the patient’s history is often essential in the patient being treated appropriately. Therefore, a 24hr service is linked with all jewellery so that more detailed information of the wearer/member can be passed on when needed.

All medical ID jewellery items are custom engraved with the wearer’s most urgent information (eg Diabetes, Heart Condition, Epilepsy, Alzheimer’s, Allergy to Penicillin etc etc).

"I love being in business and like most struggle with the juggling it all and never seem to have enough hours in the day. When not working I love spending time with my husband and 3 children, walking, country drives, travelling and relaxing. My aim in life is to travel as far and wide as possible and live on a gorgeous country property, with a lifestyle to match."
