Start your morning with a relaxed walk and talk along the coast, designed to support connection, mindfulness and gentle movement. We’ll meet at Little Shack at 7:00am before heading off on a leisurely stroll along the scenic coastal walk. There’s no pressure to keep pace or make small talk - this is about showing up, getting some fresh air and enjoying good company. We’ll wrap up around 7:45am, with the option to grab a coffee or drink together afterwards. This Poppy Pop In is open to everyone - whether you’re a long-time HBWN member, new to the network, or simply curious to come along. It’s a lovely, low-key way to connect with others, and furry friends are welcome too.
