Constitution

The Hastings Business Women’s Network (HBWN) Constitution sets out the guiding rules by which our network operates. It is member-approved, having been voted on by HBWN members, and is reviewed annually at the Annual General Meeting held each March. The Constitution outlines the structure of the Committee, how it functions, and the roles and responsibilities of the Executive Committee, including the President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.
