Hi, my name is Alicia and I have been running my own Fitness business since the start of 2019. I love helping people find their passion for fitness and creating a fun and supportive environment for the women in my classes. I was born and raised in beautiful Port Macquarie and feel very fortunate to raise my own two children here with my husband. I have been a personal trainer for 7 years, and I am also qualified in pre and postpartum exercise.
