Personal Bio
I'm a Certified Hypnotherapist specialising in Quit Smoking, Addictions, Anxiety and Weight Management, helping people create lasting change by working with the unconscious mind.
My own journey into hypnotherapy began over a decade ago when I was looking for solutions to challenges in my own life, including becoming a non-smoker after more than 50 years of smoking.
Experiencing the power of hypnotherapy firsthand inspired me to help others break free from unwanted habits, reduce anxiety, overcome fears and move forward with greater confidence, clarity and freedom.
I believe that positive change is possible for everyone when they have the right support and approach. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing clients transform their lives, regain control and discover what is possible for their future.
Based at the Hastings Medical Centre, Wauchope, I work with clients both in person and online across Australia.
