Trainer & assessor for Unique Training Providers, specialising in face to face training to ensure understanding as I noticed so many agents doing their licensing courses online and having no real idea of the industry. A practicing Licenced Real Estate Agent through my boutique agency Holmes 4 U, Providing Sales & Buyer Agency services. With my husband we have also owned and run Port Macquarie Tilt Tray Towing for over 37years.
4 adult Children, Joel, Ryan, Dean & Cara & 7 Grandchildren.
My love is community and making this a great place where we can all live and work together to benefit each other, When business in an area thrives everyone benefits. I also love working with our teens as they are our future workforce. My many years volunteering with sports and other organisations have given me good insight into some of the needs in the community, especially when businesses are looking for employees. Networking and strategic alliances are my specialty.
