Previously Kayley has worked with businesses of all sizes across various sectors including Hospitality, Health and Fitness, Retail and Education.
Kayley’s experience saw her adapt from small, medium and large operations in Australia to multi-brand operations within Hilton International. Her most recent international role was as Director of Human Resources in Europe’s largest conference hotel, the Hilton London Metropole, responsible for over 1500 people.
With her commitment to regional development in Australia, Kayley has also been part of the senior executive team of North Coast TAFE (NSW) – one of the largest RTOs in Australia. In this role she contributed to the transformational re-positioning and growth of the business. She was also responsible for development and implementation of industrial relations and workforce strategies to maximise alignment of the 2,500 employees in the business.
