Personal Bio
I have lived in Port Macquarie since 1991. I went to Charles Sturt University in Bathurst and studied Human Movement and also worked in elite sports massage in Sydney for 3 years, but Port Macquarie has always been home.
In July 2019 I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. I had a mastectomy, chemotherapy, radiation and endocrine therapy. Since then I have taken an interest in oncology massage and fitness.
I enjoy hiking, cricket, mountain biking and just love living life. I like helping people achieve their sporting goals.
